🔁 Return Policy – Dental Mentor

At Dental Mentor, student satisfaction is our priority.

Should you encounter an issue with your order, here are the conditions for returns and exchanges.

📦 Products eligible for return

Only physical products (e.g., revision notebooks) can be returned.

Products must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging.

⏳ Deadlines

You have 14 days after receiving your order to contact us and request a return.

Returns must be made within 7 days of the request being approved.

🚚 Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product).

Dental Mentor cannot be held responsible for the loss of a returned package. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

💳 Refunds

Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, a refund will be issued within 7 business days via the payment method used at the time of purchase.

No refunds will be given for digital products, support services, or coaching, in accordance with regulations.
