📄 General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) – Dental Mentor

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales made on the www.dentalmentor.fr website, published by [your name or company name], for consumers.
1. 🛍️ Products and services offered
Dental Mentor offers:
Physical products: revision notebooks for dental prosthesis students (Bac Pro and BTS)
Digital services: personalized support, coaching, online programs, downloadable content
The main characteristics of the products are presented on the product sheets. The customer is responsible for reviewing them before placing any order.
2. 🧾 Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Dental Mentor reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order.
3. 🧑💻 Order
Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
The customer receives an order confirmation by email at the address they provided.
Dental Mentor reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute or payment anomaly.
4. 💳 Payment
Payments are secure and can be made by:
Bank card via Stripe
PayPal
Dental Mentor does not store any bank details. The order is considered validated after payment confirmation.
5. 📦 Delivery
Physical products are delivered to the address indicated during the order.
Estimated delivery times: 5 to 10 working days in metropolitan France.
Dental Mentor cannot be held responsible for delays due to the carrier or an event of force majeure.
6. 🔁 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal (excluding digital products).
Return costs are borne by the customer. The product must be returned in perfect condition. No returns will be accepted for:
Digital products (coaching, PDF files)
Support services that have already started
7. 💸 Refunds
Refunds are made within 7 working days after receipt and verification of the returned product, according to the payment method used during the purchase.
8. 📚 Digital products and support services
The purchase of support, coaching, or digital content (downloadable or viewable online) is firm and final.
No refund will be made once the digital product has been sent or coaching has begun, except in exceptional cases validated by Dental Mentor.

10. ⚖️ Applicable law
These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought.
